The document said 2,684 people have been prosecuted so far, of which 54 saw their prosecution withdrawn and 276 were acquitted.
Meanwhile, 31 people are wanted for their absence from court hearings, and 24 failed to report to the police as required.
The bureau said people who are wanted for prosecution and those who are prosecuted but have fled the HKSAR are fugitives, adding that they will be punished in accordance with the law.
Nearly 40 percent of the arrested were students, with 1,102 having been prosecuted, the document said.
