Chinese great philosopher Confucius has been honored at the 37th China International Confucius Cultural Festival this week, in his birthplace Qufu, east China's Shandong Province. Traditional rituals, an award ceremony and youth exchange programs headline this year's event, which also invites international students to join their Chinese peers to learn more about Confucius and experience different aspects of Chinese culture.
