Beijing's Chang'an Avenue and Tiananmen Square were decked out in flowers on Friday to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The large-scale floral designs included a giant flower basket at the center of Tiananmen Square, but also birds, fish and planets – a must-see for visitors to Beijing during the week-long Chinese National Day holiday.
