Live from La Palma in Spain's Canary Islands as lava streams continue to flow toward the sea. On October 1, the volcanic eruption opened two more fissures on its cone, spewing out lava. The authorities reported "intense" seismic activity in the area, and scientists recorded several earthquakes.
