At least four people, including three students, were injured on Wednesday morning following a high school shooting in Arlington, Texas, according to local authorities.
The police believe that the shooting at Timberview High School happened "during a fight between a student and another individual in a class," Arlington Police Department Assistant Chief Kevin Kolbye stated at a news conference.
The suspect, identified as 18-year-old Timothy George Simpkins, initially fled the school but was arrested after turning himself in. Kolbye said that Simpkins will be charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
