The Indian government said on Thursday that it will start granting fresh tourist visas to foreigners visiting the country by chartered flights from October 15, 2021.

Foreign tourists will be able to enter India by non-chartered aircraft from November 15, 2021, on fresh tourist visas, according to a statement issued by India's Home Ministry.
