Doctors in Australia are warning that a rapid easing of COVID-19 curbs in Sydney could put pressure on health systems and place more lives at risk from the virus. It comes as the country's most populated city, Sydney, gets ready to relax key restrictions after more than 100 days of lockdown. Stay-at-home orders are due to be lifted on Monday, after the state of New South Wales, of which Sydney is the capital, hit its 70 percent target of full vaccination for adults this week.
