Three people who had been rescued from a bus, which fell into a river on Monday in Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, north China's Hebei Province, have died, said provincial authorities. The bus carrying 51 people on board fell into a river at about 7:00 a.m. on Monday. Search and rescue operations are underway. Local police have held the driver, and an investigation is on.
