Iraqi security forces have captured Sami Jasim, a high-ranking Islamic State member who is in charge of the group's finances and a deputy of slain leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi said on Twitter on Monday.
