A new report accuses American drugmaker Moderna of prioritizing profits from COVID-19 vaccines by keeping poor countries waiting. The New York Times says the vaccine maker has sold most of its doses to wealthier nations. Only one million doses have gone to low-income countries. Doctor Alice Tan, an internist at MizMedi Women's Hospital in Seoul, joins us via Skype to discuss the booster shot campaigns. She said vaccine price deals between pharmaceutical companies and governments are kept secret, putting developing countries at a disadvantage.
