COVID-19 restrictions have eased across New South Wales on Monday after the state passed its 70 percent double vaccination target. Cafes, gyms, retail stores, hairdressers and hospitality citywide are now welcoming back fully vaccinated customers after a nearly four-month lockdown. /CFP

Under the relaxed rules for NSW, more vaccinated people can gather in homes and attend weddings and funerals while churches and places of worship can open with no singing. More curbs will reportedly be relaxed once the state reaches its next vaccination milestone of 80 percent of people having received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, while the unvaccinated must remain at home until December 1. /CFP
