The death toll from a bus accident in north China's Hebei Province had risen to 13 as of 7 p.m. Monday, said rescue officials. A shuttle bus carrying 51 people fell from a bridge into the Hutuo River in Pingshan County of Shijiazhuang, Hebei's provincial capital, on Monday.
