An analyst from the China Meteorological Administration has more predictions about adverse weather in China. She said that rains will continue in Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces, but on a smaller scale. She also warned that Typhoon Kompasu is the second cyclone to affect southern China within three days and will be accompanied by heavy rains, strong winds.
