Expert: Coal-electricity price mismatch let power plants suffer
China's National Development and Reform Commission says all industrial and commercial users will need to buy electricity at market prices. At a press conference on Tuesday, the commission announced the scope of the float-price will be expanded to 20 percent from the current 10 to 15 percent. Professor Lin Boqiang, Dean of the China Institute for Studies in Energy Policy from Xiamen University, shares with us more insights.
