28 killed after bus plunges down hillside in NW Nepal

At least 28 people were killed and many others injured after a bus plunged down a hillside in the remote Mugu area in northwest Nepal on Tuesday, local police said.

The incident took place around midday due to poor road conditions which caused one of the tyres to get punctured, according to a district official.
