Forty-six people were killed and 41 injured in a fire in a residential building in Kaohsiung City, China's Taiwan. The blaze broke out on the first floor of a 13-story, mixed-use building at around 3 a.m. on Thursday. The fire was basically put out at around 7 a.m., and the cause is under investigation.
