An international seminar on counterterrorism, deradicalization and human rights protection has taken place in Guangzhou City, south China's Guangdong Province. Participants at the event called for international cooperation and urged to work against the double standards set by the United States and some other countries. Chinese experts and officials who attended the event on Wednesday also defended human rights situation in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
