Three people died on Saturday when an earthquake struck the Indonesian tourist island of Bali just before dawn, the local disaster agency said.
The magnitude-4.8 quake struck at a relatively shallow depth of 10 kilometers northeast of the town of Banjar Wanasari, followed by a magnitude-4.3 aftershock.
Two of them were killed when the quake triggered a landslide that buried their house in Bangli regency, while the other one died in the port town of Karangasem, officials said.
The death toll was not expected to rise, officials added.
Seven more people were also injured, mostly with broken bones and head wounds.
