The female suspect in the Kaohsiung building fire faces up to five years in prison if she is convicted of involuntary manslaughter, according to local prosecutors.

Preliminary investigation found the woman had lit mosquito repellent, but tossed it into a dustbin before dousing the flame, which led the building catch fire on Thursday morning.

All 46 people who died in the fire in Kaohsiung City, China's Taiwan region, have been identified as of Sunday morning, according to a CMG report.

The massive blaze, which broke out in a 13-story, mixed-use building, also left 41 people injured.
