British lawmaker David Amess was stabbed to death in a church in Leigh-on-Sea, England on Friday. Heightened security measures are being put in place for lawmakers after the fatal stabbing. Officials have called it a "terrorist incident," and tributes continue to pour in for the lawmaker.
