The Arctic Circle Assembly was held in Iceland's capital Reykjavik from October 14 to 17, 2021. At the assembly, Arctic Circle Chairman Olafur Ragnar Grimsson mentioned that China and the Arctic have close links, while China has participated in Arctic-related dialogue and cooperation in a constructive and pragmatic manner.
