A magnitude-4.3 earthquake jolted waters off Hualien County in eastern Taiwan at 1:49 p.m. on Monday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was recorded at a depth of 31 kilometers, said the CENC.
No casualties have been reported so far.
