The Fairy Lake, like a giant azure mirror in the middle of a desert, is surrounded by vast stretches of the Taklamakan Desert in Yuli County, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The lake is one of the scenic spots inside the Lop Nur Village.
