Two suspense shows – "The Bad Kids" and "The Long Night" – went viral in 2020, so did writer Zijinchen, the pseudonym of Chen Xu. Sales of his novels exploded, and his works began to appear on the recommended lists of bookstores. However, Zijinchen insists on his original aspiration as a writer: to keep writing new stories.
