The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) "successfully" conducted the test-firing of a new type of submarine-launched ballistic missile on Tuesday, the official Korean Central News Agency reported on Wednesday. Officials from the Republic of Korea (ROK), the U.S. and Japan met in Washington to discuss Pyongyang's missile and nuclear development.
