In southwest England, Cornwall has long been a popular holiday destination - with its warm micro-climate, rugged coastline and picturesque towns and villages. It also has a booming property market, including second homes. But as CGTN's Michael Voss reports, the county is also one of the poorest regions of northern Europe.
