Henry Kissinger, who served as the U.S. secretary of state and national security advisor, said at the opening ceremony of the 2021 Bund Summit in Shanghai that no nation is able to dominate the whole world. He said Richard Nixon insisted China could not be excluded from the international system. He also said that with China playing a more important role in the global stage now, leaders from China and the United States should further strengthen dialogue.
