DPRK has reportedly conducted a submarine-launched missile test. That came the same day that intelligence chiefs of the United States, Japan and the South Korea were to have a closed-door meeting in Seoul for discussion about DPRK and other pending issues. Does the missile test mean yet another step further from the goal of denuclearization? What's the latest regarding the situation on the Korean Peninsula?
