Serbia launches partial passes for evening entry at venues

Serbia has launched partial COVID-19 passes to enter venues after 10 p.m. People have to provide passes showing evidence of vaccination, a negative test or that they have recovered from the disease in the past seven months. The passes are an attempt to contain a surge in cases.
