In Nigeria, at least 25 people have died in an explosion at an illegal oil refinery. Reuters reports that some minors were among the casualties on Friday. Nigeria is Africa's largest oil exporter. It's not unusual for poor people in some regions of the country to practice dangerous illegal refining for profit.
