The ISIS militant group has claimed responsibility for a deadly attack in Uganda's capital. Sunday's explosion killed one person and wounded three others. Ugandan officials say three people left a bomb packed with nails and shrapnel at a pork restaurant in suburban Kampala. The president has called the blast a terrorist act and promised to hunt down those responsible. Bomb blasts are rare in Uganda, but foreign governments are warning their citizens terrorist attacks there may increase.
