Two flights took off from Khartoum International Airport in Sudan on Thursday after flight operations resumed, reported Al Jazeera.
All inbound and outbound flights resumed at the airport from 4 p.m. local time on Wednesday, after temporary suspensions due to recent civil unrest.
According to the reports, two bridges linking Khartoum and the eastern part of the country reopened on Thursday morning.
