The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on Saturday published regulatory documents on the issuance, listing, refinancing, and supervision of the Beijing Stock Exchange.

The CSRC also revised regulations on the supervision of non-listed public companies and formulated the content and format guidelines for the targeted issuance of convertible bonds by listed companies in order to enrich the financing tools of the national equity transfer system.

It said it has solicited opinions on the regulations on September 3 and 17. The regulatory documents and related regulations will take effect on November 15.

China announced on September 2 that it will set up a new stock exchange in the capital Beijing, with a market position of serving innovative small- and medium-sized enterprises.

The new exchange, which is set to be the third stock exchange on the Chinese mainland after those in Shanghai and Shenzhen, will boost an existing equity market – the "new third board" – according to the CSRC.
