China released its "White Paper on Responding to Climate Change: China's Policies and Actions", saying that the international community needs to respond with unprecedented ambition and action while facing this unprecedented challenge in global climate governance. Has China delivered its promises by 2021 accordingly? What can this world do in front of imminent threat?
