Shanghai Disneyland and Disneytown are temporarily closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The announcement was made Sunday evening to cooperate with control measures in other Chinese regions. Visitors on the premises were allowed to leave after getting tested. 33,000 people have been tested and early results all came out negative. Those who had purchased tickets but had not entered the park were issued a refund or allowed to change the date of admission. China is fighting another round of outbreaks that began last month and have spread to multiple regions.
