Expert: What's important for China is delivering on promises of carbon neutrality

In the lead-up to COP26, China unveiled a report detailing its low-carbon efforts in recent years. China's goal is to peak carbon emissions by 2030 and reach carbon neutrality before 2060. CGTN's Global Watch talked to Guan Dabo, a professor at Tsinghua University, in Beijing. Guan said that China is changing the path of development by using green energy, in order to deliver on promises of carbon neutrality.
