The 26th United Nations Conference of Parties on Climate Change (COP26), delayed by a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, opened on Sunday in Glasgow, Scotland. Delegates are expected to plan future actions on climate change in the coming two weeks.
CGTN interviewed Lord Adair Turner, the chairman of the international think tank Energy Transitions Commission. He advocates that "all countries in the world should be combining in a commitment to build a new clean zero carbon energy system."
