Four people tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday after a screening of all the pupils and their parents, as well as staffs in a primary school in Zhengzhou, capital of central China's Henan Province.

Local epidemic response authorities said the four had been transferred to a designated hospital for quarantine and treatment.
