China continues to battle a growing COVID-19 outbreak on the mainland. As many as 93 new local infections were reported on Tuesday. It's the highest daily number of domestic cases tallied since the recent outbreak began on October 17. About a third are in Heilongjiang Province, while Hebei and Gansu each logged 14 cases and the capital Beijing reported nine cases.
