A joint UN-Ethiopia report has warned of possible "crimes against humanity" committed by both sides in Tigray conflict. As the rebels are threatening to take the capital, Professor He Wenping, a research fellow at the Institute of West Asian & African Studies under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, gives her assessment of the situation.
