Excavators dug through the rubble of a high-rise building that collapsed on Monday. Two more bodies were pulled out, raising the death toll to 22 as of Wednesday, with many potential victims still trapped inside. This particular building was being developed by Fourscore Homes Limited, which has many current projects in other areas of Nigeria and across the globe.
