Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday said the past 20 years, since China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), have witnessed a China deepening reform and pursuing all-round opening-up. Xi made the remarks in a keynote speech via video at the opening ceremony of the 4th China International Import Expo (CIIE) held in Shanghai.
