A year and a half into the pandemic, many health care providers in the U.S. are facing severe staffing shortages. Nearly one in five healthcare workers quit their job during the pandemic, and more resignations could be on the horizon. CGTN Global Stringer interviewed an American Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a director of a health care company asked them to talk about the daily challenges they face, and explained the reasons behind why so many people have left their job during this pandemic.
