A major meeting of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is underway in Beijing. It's the highest authority of the Party when the National Congress is not in session, convening several times during its five-year term to make decisions and policies. Liu Baocheng, dean of the Center for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics, shares his insights with us. He says China aims to strengthen its domestic economy and achieve growth through innovation.
