A high-level Afghan delegation that includes acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi arrived in Islamabad on Wednesday for a three-day visit, local media reported, citing the Pakistani foreign office. 

Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi will inaugurate a Troika Plus meeting in which special representatives and envoys for Afghanistan from China, Russia, the United States and Pakistan will participate, the office said.
