On Wednesday, the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced that China's Special Envoy for Afghan Affairs Yue Xiaoyong will lead a delegation to attend the Pakistan-hosted meeting on the Afghanistan situation on Thursday, along with representatives from the U.S. and Russia.
