China, U.S. make joint declaration on climate change

China and the United States on Wednesday issued a joint declaration on climate change at the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference, also known as COP26, in Glasgow, Scotland. The two countries also reached a consensus on climate finance and nationally determined contributions of the Paris Agreement.
