Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday said that China will build a unified and open market system where all kinds of entities can be treated equally and compete in an orderly manner. President Xi made the remarks in a speech via video at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Summit in Beijing.
