Chinese President Xi Jinping, on Friday, said that China will unswervingly expand opening-up, and share its development opportunities with APEC members and the wider world. President Xi made the remarks at the 28th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting in Beijing via video link.
