The daughter of Philippine leader Rodrigo Duterte has filed her candidacy for vice president. Sara Duterte-Carpio entered the vice-presidential race after her political party's original candidate withdrew.
She will run in the 2022 elections under the coalition party of Partido Federal and Lakas-CMD.
